Pop-Rock With A Metallic Twinge
Courage My Love is one of those obtuse blends of so many subgenres that you’ll often forget what you are listening to. I first heard these cats when they were just starting out of the Canadian underground but brace yourselves kiddies because they are getting ready to take the world by storm. Commercial enough for the top 40, way too metal to garner the dreaded “sounds like Paramore” label, and brilliantly delectably pop; this band is a joy to listen to. A pop-punk rock trio consisting of 18 year-old twin sisters Mercedes Arn-Horn (guitar/vocals) & Phoenix Arn-Horn (drums/vocals) and David Blake-Dickson (bass/vocals), there’s so much to love about them! .The youth of today needs more than the Biebers and the psuedo boy-bands to rock their heads to, Courage My Love fits the bill and then some -Randall
